That was the original matriarchy. Devotion.
Epigenetics confirms what women have always known in their bodies: a mother's healed nervous system
changes her children's baseline — before birth.
Healing is ancestral.
When women gather with intention, something ancient activates. Lineages shift. Children inherit peace.
Seven generations before and seven generations after are touched by one woman
who decided to practice something new — in community.
That is what the Sovereign Sisterhood Sanctuary exists to restore.
For millennia, women led communities, held sacred knowledge,
and nurtured lineages.
Today, we reclaim that power: in-person chapters where women come together,
evolve beyond inherited patterns, and activate Christ consciousness through Kundalini Yoga and
Yogananda’s Jesus Christ teachings of the Science of Yoga for Self-Realization.

For years the Sovereign Sisterhood Sanctuary has gathered women online — training nervous system safety, discernment,
and God-led sovereignty in a virtual community built on one truth: women heal when they feel safe.
And for years, you have asked for more.

We took that to God. The answer was clear.
So we are building it — in-person Sanctuary chapters in cities across the world,
where women gather monthly to practice together, hold each other, and change what gets passed down.

Sovereign Sisterhood Sanctuary Facilitator Training prepares you to hold a chapter gathering with integrity, skill,
and full alignment to the values that protect every woman in that room.
What you receive:
Full Facilitator Training Program Five modules covering the movement's values and anti-cult framework,
nervous system foundations, how to facilitate practice without becoming a counselor, and the complete
Gathering Framework used by every chapter worldwide.
Personal Mentorship You will not build this alone. You will be mentored through your first gatherings,
supported by a community of chapter facilitators across the world, and connected to the founder
and movement leadership directly.
Access to the SSS Practice Library Monthly practice themes, curated Kundalini Yoga Therapy sequences,
teaching frameworks, and gathering guides — everything you need to facilitate with confidence and consistency.

All Sanctuary Communities will follow a curriculum of one generational healing kundalini yoga meditation that rewires the nervous system + brain, one christ consciousness teaching to discuss per meeting, and time for support, networking, and being creative.
Total Meeting times are 2 hours monthly.
Ongoing support for those leading Sanctuary communities as facilitators will be provided virtually via zoom and include workbooks, guidance, mentorship, and sourcing meeting locations in your city.
